Provision of Development Management Services for Capital Projects - Alexandra Theatre, Bognor Regis Arcade and Former Brewers Fayre

Provision of Development Management Services to deliver and coordinate three capital projects on behalf of Arun District Council (via the ESPO 3S-22 Strategic HR Services Framework. The project include Alexandra Theatre, Bognor Regis Arcade and the former Brewers Fayre site. The appointed Development Manager with be responsible for project planning, stakeholder engagement, financial and risk management, design coordination, and oversight of delivery through to completion.
