Provision to create business cases for recycling of plastic waste, implementing Mini Recycling Hubs and training.

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking for a Supplier to develop circular economy business cases, that will focus on the recycling of Commercial & Industrial plastics, To develop and implement 4 mini plastic recycling hubs, including the operational aspect, that will be used to collect materials identified in the business cases. Ideally these hubs will be sited in Southend schools and business premises. Implement an engagement, education, and behaviour change programme, focusing on plastic recycling and the circular economy.
