Description

Development and delivery of the UKFE STEP Leadership Programme, designed to build leadership capability and support the professional development of selected participants. The programme will include: An initial online welcome webinar to introduce the programme objectives, structure, and expectations, and to engage participants ahead of the main delivery A 2-day in-person residential workshop hosted at Alliance Manchester Business School, focused on interactive, experiential learning and leadership development A cohort of approximately 15 participants to ensure an engaging, high-quality learning experience with opportunities for individual contribution and personalised feedback
