Harborough District Council is seeking suppliers who will work in partnership with the Council to carry out the provision of a keyholding, locking/unlocking, and response service both in / out of hours for The Symington Building, Harborough Innovation Centre, Harborough Enterprise Centre and Harborough Indoor Market.
