Operational Technology Review Services

These services relate to an independent review of National Highways' CHARM (Common Highways Agency Rijkswaterstaat Model) ecosystem, taking into account People, Technical, Process, Operational, and Strategic perspectives. This will include a comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem, and how the deliverables/outcomes provided by the CHARM suppliers are integrated and managed. The outputs from this will then inform a set of recommendations for ongoing technical and operational improvement. This is a Call-off Contract under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service framework for Technology Technology & Associated Services (RM6099).
