Continuing Your Life Skills Programme - 2019-20

To provide instruction in relation to a Life Skills framework to SEND client and carers. Work will consist of 9 individual instruction and monitoring sessions to explain and demonstrate the learning objectives/outcomes and to check progress on previously set learning objectives. Each individual instruction session will require preparation work via presentation slides to explain and provide instruction on each Life Skill component. Face to Face progress checking will be undertaken on a fortnightly basis when the new learning outcome will also be planned and set.
