Description
Potton Town Council is seeking to enter into a contract for the removal of the existing skate park and for the design, supply and installation of a new concrete skate park. The new skate park will fit into the footprint of the existing skate park. The works required are outlined in the tender documentation. The project is expected to have a 4-6 week construction phase with an anticipated total cost not exceeding £95k. The installation will be on the existing site mostly involving poured concrete moulded into relevant shapes. Henry Smith playing fields is owned by the Town Council. Any questions regarding the tender should be submitted via e-mail to the Town Clerk, Jonathan Whitehurst pottoncouncil@btconnect.com. Tenders are to be returned in a sealed envelope by hand or postal delivery by 12.30pm on Tuesday 31st January and addressed to the Town Clerk. Awarding of the contract may be subject to the town council gaining planning permission.
