Housing Market Assessment

The authority is seeking to commission Market Analysis, within the context of the current local plan aspirations, including future employment trends in the context of likely changes to the labour force and implications on housing demand and need, with particularly reference to Grimsby West and Town Centre housing/living. This study will help to shape the aspiration to create new housing markets, providing analysis to reflect the need for a new type of housing offer in the town centre and urban extension developments.
