Description
The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP), comprising East Lindsey, South Holland and Boston, manages extensive areas of Public Open Space (POS) and diverse green environments across the sub region. The partnership has ambitious plans for continued maintenance, horticultural enhancement, and the long term stewardship of high quality landscapes that reflect the character and needs of our communities. As our approach to green space management continues to evolve, it is increasingly shaped by environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and best practice horticulture. This means our requirements are often bespoke and tailored to specific habitats, local conditions, and community expectations. Through this Pre Market Engagement exercise, we are seeking suppliers with proven expertise in horticulture, landscape planting, and environmental stewardship who can support a broad and varied planting programme. This includes the ability to provide resilient, high quality species; specialist materials; and advice that reflects current best practice in soil health, biodiversity enhancement, and sustainable landscape management. As a carbon conscious partnership, we particularly welcome engagement from suppliers who can demonstrate strong environmental commitments, sustainable sourcing, and low impact operational practices.
