The contract will be for a city wide service covering both residential properties and civic assets and schools for asbestos removals. Work may be packaged in the following Lots: a) Lot 1 – Asbestos Removals Works in the West of the City – approximately £900,000 per annum b) Lot 2 – Asbestos Removals Works in the East of the City – approximately £600,000 per annum c) Lot 3 – Asbestos Removals Works in the South of the City – approximately £500,000 per annum
