Essential Repairs to welfare units Dunlop Close

The contract is for the appointment of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake essential repairs and renewal works to two welfare units currently occupied by two families at the travellers' site. The welfare units have deteriorated into a state of disrepair as a result of historic lack of maintenance and site management.
