Research into what supports fairer employer referrals of doctors to the GMC

We would like to understand which programmes and interventions are more prevalent in relation to whether designated bodies were proportionate in their referrals. This will extend knowledge about programmes and interventions that enhance proportionality of referrals, detract from it, or are unrelated to it.
