Roof membrane repairs

Over recent months water ingress into the Norfolk and Suffolk Terraces has increased from around the window surrounds creating a number of roofing defects, allowing water to ingress into the building. Waterproofing requirements to Norfolk and Suffolk Terraces is required to prevent water ingress and keep rooms available for occupation. A single action tender was completed for this request.
