Grounds Maintenance Contract

Redbourn Parish Council is offering an invitation to tender for the Grounds Maintenance Contract, which covers all assets owned by Redbourn Parish Council, both land and fixtures. The purpose of this contract is to enable the engagement of a competent and cost-effective grounds maintenance supplier. The contract covers various areas of Redbourn which are the Parish Council's responsibility. The main area is The Common which is 15.35 hectares. The value stated equates to £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per annum Ex VAT. Responses should be sent in hard copy and soft copy format.
