KMCIRS-145 External Project Manager for DPD Stage of the Huddersfield Heat Network

Kirklees Council is seeking to procure a project manager to support delivery of the 'Detailed Project Development' (DPD) stage of project development for the Huddersfield Heat Network scheme. The Authority is looking for a project manager with 'pure' project management skills, but also with specific experience of district heating/decentralised energy development, including data gathering, supporting stakeholder engagement and developing the business case for such projects.
