Description
Havering Council are responsible for maintaining school buildings therefore an approved budget has been set aside from the LA School Condition Allocations (SCA) 2025/26. A number of roofs at Squirrels Junior School and a roof at Rainham Village have been confirmed as being beyond their service life via a condition survey and require replacement. They are to be replaced at the next opportunity being the summer of 2025. Contract Amount £293,801.97
