Hartlepool Targeted Outreach Service

The aim of this service specification is to provide a targeted street-based youth outreach service to reduce anti-social behaviour in Hartlepool. The Service will deliver a range of early intervention, diversionary and positive activities centred on assertive street-based youth work, engaging with young people aged 5-18 years who are involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour activity.
