Consultancy Support for Capital and Long Term Maintenance Projects

The University of Southampton has a requirement for a Programme Manager for their Faculty Projects due to a need to run the team on an interim basis and improve the existing systems, processes and practices. The University requires an individual, or small team, to ensure the continuation of service delivery while managing the transition of the team from this short-term tactical view into the log-term strategic improvement approach.
