Housing Stock Conditions Surveys

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) has 4574 dwellings that have been subject to various stock condition surveys in recent years.\r Through other remedial works within these dwellings, it is known that each dwelling varies in coverage, condition, age, and manufacture.\r In order to plan programmes of investment work related to these services, it is now the intention of RBK to commission a detailed and structured survey of them through the procurement of a suitably qualified and experienced Building Services Consultant.
