Integrated Advocacy Services

The contract is for the provision of Integrated Advocacy Services for eligible individuals across Staffordshire with a single point of access. The service consists of the provision for Independent Mental Health Advocacy, Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy including Prisons and Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy. The purpose of the service is to support individuals in speaking up for themselves and being heard. The service helps individuals to express and articulate their wishes and claim their rights. The main aim of the service is to encourage empowerment in order that individuals can make choices and assert their rights.
