Highway Term Maintenance HM20 - Street Lighting Maintenance & Installation

Sefton Council intends to procure a new Term Service Contract for Street Lighting Maintenance & Installation.The Contract is essential to ensure that the Authorities Street Lighting assets are maintained to the higheststandard. Sefton Council is proposing to appoint a Contractor who has a significant and proven workingknowledge of delivering this type of maintenance Contract and who can demonstrate a proven track-record of delivering quality services in a non-adversarial manner. Sefton Council places a high importance on qualityand as a result, bidders are requested to accompany their tender with a Quality Submission in accordance withthis specification. Information will be requested which demonstrates the Contractor's previous experience insuccessfully delivering services of this nature. Please note the contract value of £30,000,000 is based on all listed Local Authorities awarding a contract. However please note for Sefton MBC only, the anticipated spend on this Contract is likely to be between £300,000 to £800,000 per annum.
