Brief Description of Requirement DESNZ requires a specialist supplier to deliver expert maintenance, technical support, and service enhancements the following digital tool: - Find Ways to Save Energy in Your Home (FWTS): to maintain the methodology for calculating energy performance of domestic buildings. The calculator is a tool for generating recommendations for savings based on user inputs that could be provided by a homeowner. The supplier will ensure these tools remain operational, secure, accessible, and compliant with evolving energy efficiency methodologies and policy priorities. Outcome: A highly available, resilient, and user-centred service that supports DESNZ's policy aims on energy efficiency and Net Zero commitments.
