Provision of Pre and Post Contract consultancy for a Cost Consultant, NEC3 Project Manager and Supervisor for the proposed Lancaster District Heating System - AWARD

The University has recently appointed Sustainable Energy Ltd to design a new Energy Centre on the Lancaster Campus. This design work is now nearing completion and the proposal is to tender these works and deliver through an NEC3 Option B (Priced contract with bill of quantities) The University are now seeking tenders for the pre and post contact duties of a multi-disciplinary team of Cost Consultant, NEC3 Project Manager and Supervisor.
