Entrance and internal improvements to Library and Community Hub

Tenders sought for demolition of existing front entrance to the building, construction of replacement porch with motion sensor door/s, disabled toilet and 2 x storerooms. Additional but separate works to include provision of a small kitchen and staff toilet inside the main building. Although it may be desirable to close the building for a short period during the demolition phase, the works should should be managed to allow for routine public access.
