The aim of this project is to engage with a PR agency who will work with us to create awareness, sign up and continued usage of Teaching Vacancies with job seeking teachers and recruiting schools. We want to encourage a change in behaviour from using paid for commercial recruitment providers to our free-to-use job listing service. This will be achieved through raising awareness of the service by developing case studies, maximising national and regional media opportunities to promote the service and working with the regional field sales team to source local insight, supportive advocates and having a presence at regional events.
