General The supplier must be able to advise LMH on any legal matters relating to Employment issues both current and in the future. Advice The supplier must be able to provide legal advice on all employment issues This will include but is not limited to : ? Industrial action, ? TUPE, ? employment tribunals, ? capability, ? misconduct, ? performance, ? Ill health retirement, ? terms and conditions of employment, ? DDA ? equality act queries, ? contracts of employment ? Policy/procedural advice.
