The Buyer is preparing to undergo a large procurement exercise within 2023. The supplier is engaged to provide the support and updates to the previously delivered documents. In addition, the Supplier will produce additional documentation required for the procurement exercise, set out in Section 1. The requirement is to support the existing Buyer team to produce the documents. The Supplier is to the detailed drafting of the documents by providing the relevant expertise.
