A market research project for the Public Health team who are working in collaboration with the Trading Standards service to quantify the scale of illicit tobacco prevalence across North Yorkshire. Research should consist of a mix of both telephone and face to face interviewing among all those aged 16 and over with quota controls being applied on gender, age and the status of smokers/non-smokers. Research should be composed to quantify the following aspects of illicit tobacco: Market share Consumption levels Source Trend analysis across the Districts Attitude and perceptions Reporting rates
