Thirteen - Electrical Upgrades 2018-19

Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across various estates. As part of the works Thirteen seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out various electrical upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms. The contract will also include conducting Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR). The Contract will be operated on a "Supply and Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
