Electrical inspection & re-wires services

Moat Homes Ltd identified the need to renew the contract for Electrical Inspection & Rewires Services. This is to ensure delivery of electrical inspections and re-wiring to communal areas including some emergency works to domestic premises. Services are to be provided to the following property types: • Occupied dwellings • Voids • Sheltered accommodation • Hostels, • Community centres, • Common and communal areas • Commercial buildings
