Lower Thames Crossing requires an Engagement Survey Platform to measure the current culture of the Programme against its aspirations, improve team member satisfaction and retention through actionable feedback, enhance leadership decision-making supported by robust data, and ensure stronger alignment with diversity, inclusion, and well-being goals. Additionally, it will help track our diversity data and assess culture through different diverse lenses. The platform will provide flexible survey options (self-managed or fully serviced), functionality aligned with the needs of a growing, diverse workforce, and usability through intuitive interfaces and comprehensive training resources.
