Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Singing Group and Through the Gate Support for Residents of HMP / YOI Swinfen Hall HMP & YOI Swinfen Hall is looking to re-commission a supplier to provide and facilitate a singing group which improves social inclusion, helps participants manage their mental health and improves relationships, family ties, employability skills and employment opportunities. The Establishment is a Training Prison with an age group ranging from 18 to 28.The successful supplier shall build upon the successful delivery of a singing group established here over the past few years.
