Siglion Developments LLP (“Siglion”) is seeking to appoint a capable contractor to carry out the remaining design and construction of a development of 135no. residential units, 154sqm of ancillary ground floor space suitable for café, retail or community enterprise; and a community allotment known as ‘Kingsley Gardens’ on the site of the Vaux. The Vaux site is located on the south bank of the River Wear in the centre of the city.
