Broxbourne Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to produce a re-fresh of its 2016 Broxbourne Borough Local Plan Employment Land Study. This study closely informed the production of the employment provisions of the Broxbourne Local Plan which was adopted in June 2020. The closing date for submissions is 12 noon on Monday 3rd April 2023 and the deadline for queries is 5.00pm on Thursday 23rd March 2023, all queries should be made via the portal.
