The main contract works comprise the remodelling and renovation of the existing building with the main area of the ground floor being taken to fit out stage prior to being let to tenants who will undertake the fit out works to allow use as a café. Meanwhile the upper floors will be renovated for use as jewellery workshops and gallery spaces whilst the ground floor shop will also be renovated to provide a jewellery shop. Works will be undertaken to the fabric of the building to enhance it's energy performance including the installation of PV panels to the roof and air source heating/cooling units.
