Description
Current arrangements for Reactive maintenance and statutory servicing and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services are due to expire on the 31st May 2017. Cumbria County Council are now re-procuring these services; the new contracts will run for a two year period, with the option to extend for a further year then one further year. The new contracts will be in 6 Lots providing three building fabric reactive maintenance contracts, and three building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contracts covering geographical regions within Cumbria as follows; LOT 1- A building fabric reactive maintenance contract for Carlisle and Eden. LOT 2- A building fabric reactive maintenance contract for Allerdale and Copeland. LOT 3- A building fabric reactive maintenance contract for Barrow and South Lakeland. LOT 4- A building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contract for Carlisle and Eden. LOT 5- A building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contract for Allerdale and Copeland. LOT 6- A building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contract for Barrow and South Lakeland.
