Description
YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Light Catering Equipment. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements, through the following methods: Stock, Direct, Trading Contractual. Lot 1: Light Catering Equipment - Stock and Direct. Items will be supplied either to YPOs warehouse in Wakefield, or directly to the customer via an order from YPO. Invoicing will happen between YPO and the supplier. Lot 2: Light Catering Equipment - Contractual. Items will be supplied directly to the customer via an order from the customer to the supplier. Invoicing will happen between the supplier and the customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1.9.2017 to 31.8.2019 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The framework has an estimated value of between 2 700 000 - 3 700 000 GBP for the maximum life of the contract (4 years).
