Fire Risk Assessor

The Council would like to appoint a successful supplier to produce Fire Risk Assessments for the following Residential Care Homes: Rosedale Care Centre, Hartburn Lodge, Lanark Close, Oak Road, Piper House, Ayton Place, Oak View, Tilery House, Our Place, Rose House. The Fire Risk Assessor delivering the services shall normally be the same individual throughout the duration of the contract. The Fire Risk Assessor must have appropriate competence to undertake Fire Risk Assessments related to the buildings specified in the Invitation to Tender.
