Description
The Authority operates a fixed telephone platform to enable employees to be able to make and receive external and internal telephone calls. The telephone platform supports United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust. An upgrade to hardware and software is required to ensure the current version of the platform is up to date and continues to be secure and supported by the manufacturer and is essential to avoid compatibility issues and preventing service disruption to the Authority and patients. The contract value in the notice is for the full cost of the upgrade to be completed over the contract duration. This contract has been awarded via the Crown Commercial Services RM6116 Network Services 3 Framework Lot 4d Inbound Telephony Services.
