The Contracting Authority is responsible for setting the standards for, designing and delivering assessment processes for the initial entry route roles within police recruitment in England and Wales. The Contracting Authority is seeking a psychological assessment tool/s which will enable the Contracting Authority and Forces across England and Wales to run a standardised sift process for police officer recruitment, to be used at the start of the assessment process.
