Northampton Borough Council invites quotations for the design, build and installation of the temporary exhibition Trainers: A Global Obsession. You are invited to provide an all-inclusive cost for the design, build and installation of the temporary exhibition Trainers: A Global Obsession. Please see Trainers: A Global Obsession for further details. The Designer will be responsible for: • Preparing all specifications and full working drawings. • The production and installation of all 2D graphics. • 3D construction on and off site. • 2D and 3D installation. • Where there is AV, IT or other interactive elements of the exhibition the Designer will be responsible for all aspects of production, projection, installation and maintenance during the lifespan of the exhibition. • The Designer must consider any acoustic implications of the design and ensure sound spill is kept to a minimum. • It is not acceptable to the Client for pre-manufactured items to have to have to be altered on site due to insufficient survey. Therefore, the Designer is responsible for checking all site conditions and dimensions prior to manufacture. • Any ongoing repairs during the lifespan of the exhibition.
