VIVID Smartphones 2024

VIVID needs to replace approximately 300 outdated Samsung mobile phones which are currently used by our repairs and maintenance staff. Sustainability and recycling are very important, and we require all new handsets to be carbon offset at the point of purchase, with all old handsets to be ethically recycled ensuring all waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations are adhered to, with any residual hardware value being returned to VIVID. We're also looking for a supplier who can provide a range of value-added services to support VIVID's in-house IT team, by undertaking various activities around device enrolment, asset management, accessories, and preparation for issuing as well as options for engineers to work alongside VIVID during the rollout of devices to our users.
