GB-Staffordshire and West Midlands: SWM CRC CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical Supervision of staff in the Staffordshire and West Midlands Region. The provision of one to one support to enable SWM CRC staff to reduce the impact of traumatic information they are exposed to in the course of their duties on their personal and professions lives. A service that provides early intervention, psychological health and maintenance and development for staff who work with high risk of serious harm offenders, or with the victims of those offenders. This should enable and empower the staff member to remain mentally and emotionally well enough to continue to do so.
