CPI is seeking to create a panel of experienced consultants, who will be required to assist in driving the innovation process around effective collaboration, effective problem definition and ideal consortium design of work packages. The consultants will need the tools and skill in both divergent and convergent thinking, the use of which should result in overall clarity or purpose and vision for the team. The end goal being to progress and provide closure on new consortium projects within the NFC construct.
