WSCC - TH - Adult In House Social Care Programme - AWARD

The adults Social Care have highlighted 5 buildings that require renovation works undertaken. The buildings have been separated into Part A and Part B the work to each part will be undertaken under two separate contracts of work. The purpose of this request for information is to set out the information which tenderers are required to provide to ensure that all submissions are given equal and fair consideration in the selection of the tender offering best value. The PQQ includes questions that will enable the Employer to further evaluate the ability of the organisations to enable them to be short-listed for invitation to tender.
