BBC 1022 - Grundy Park Improvements

Broxbourne Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake improvement works at Grundy Park, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. These works involve demolitions, the construction of a new gateway to the park, hard and soft landscaping, the construction of all-weather games areas and a public amphitheatre. The tender documents, including specifications and landscape plans, are available for download from Supply Hertfordshire, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire, the Council's electronic tendering portal. Please note however, the documents do not incorporate engineering drawings and the contractor is therefore to provide the services of a qualified engineer for the project. The contractor is also to provide the services of a clerk of works throughout the contract period. The closing date for submissions is noon on Friday 23rd December 2022 and the deadline for queries is Friday 2nd December 2022. All queries and the final tender submissions should be made through the Supply Hertfordshire tendering portal.
