Emission Compliance Data - MonitorPro Support, Maintenance & Hosting

The database uses the MonitorPro (MP5) software, developed and owned by EHS Software Ltd. This software is used widely across the landfill industry and other sectors for the management of environmental monitoring data. This contract provides for ongoing data hosting and software support for the 100+ licensed users of the EMMA database. The support service includes training, software updates and patches, responding to system errors, answering system queries, assisting in the generation of routine and bespoke reports and answering any other ad hoc questions in relation to the functionality of the system.
