Professional Driver Assessment Framework

The Council license taxi drivers to operate within the Bradford MDC. As such it has a responsibility to ensure that the drivers that it is issuing licences to are capable of driving to a good professional standard. This tender is for suitably qualified and experienced people to carry out driver assessment tests and to produce a report of the outcome of the test. Approximately 900 assessment tests are required per year. However this volume is not guaranteed and may go down as well as up. The intention is to establish a framework contract of a maximum of 3 suitably qualified people. The Framework is to last for a period of 2 years with 1 option to extend for a period of 12 months at the Councils discretion.
