Floor plate fit out of the 6th floor of the Grade II listed Baskerville House to include construction of new partition walls, glazed screens and door sets, carpet tiles and decorations works, adaptions to the existing M&E installations including upgrading the existing landlord back up generator, installation of dedicated tenant M&E supplies including installation of UPS system, and supply and installation of FF&E. CCS Construction Work and Associated Services RM6088 - Lot 1.1.1: Building Works & Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works & Servs-North England is being used to tender for this requirement. It is advised that the contractors visit the site prior to tendering to assess the nature and the extent of all the works to be carried out.
