Tram Train Parkgate Works

The works will be let under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design (MWD) 2016 and the estimated value is £150,000 to £165,000. The works comprise the creation of a safe and secure footpath link from the recently constructed Tram Train stop to the shopping centre, including a new raised pedestrian crossing, arrangements for passenger drop off and pick up and minor changes to the existing Shopping Centre Car Park. The works will be of a traditional highways nature including, but not limited to, kerbing, resurfacing, fencing, lighting, drainage, road markings and signage.
